The 2021 draft will go for four rounds, with all 23 teams filling out holes in their roster of six players. There are currently 63 positions open for the 2K League, and the draft order has been finalized.

The 2K League is making it an all-encompassing event, with two-on-two MyPark Live interviews with influencers including Champ2K, Dominus, and Dribble2Much and even special guests such as 2 Chainz, NBA champion Robert Horry, Philadelphia 76ers president of basketball operations Daryl Morey, and more with announcements of selected picks.

Scott Cole is returning to host the event, along with broadcaster and esports host Malik Fort, 2K League sideline reporter Autumn Johnson, and sports host Ms.Basketball.
